How the day will work:
Saturday December 30th 2017 10am-5pm EASTERN TIME
10am Start
12pm Lunch
1pm Resume Training
2:30 Break
5pm Release
Things to be aware of:
The day starts at 10am promptly. Please make sure that you are at the venue (see below for map) least 15 minutes early, so that we are ready to begin promptly on the hour.
Come in comfortable clothes as we will be doing some movement work. You will be given worksheets to fill out, but please bring an extra notebook and pen for additional notes, as there will be A LOT of information that you will want to record.
There are many places to eat close to the venue, but if you would like to bring lunch, or snacks, there is an area at the venue where you can gather and eat.
There is filtered cold and hot water at the venue if you'd like to bring a bottle to re-fill for hydration.
Come with an open mind & ready to manifest and have FUN!
