- Read Chapter 17 Section II The Forgiven World
- Read Lesson 121
- EXTRA READING: Chapter 13 Section IX "The Cloud of Guilt"
This week we are working with one of the most powerful tools that you will every learn; Forgiveness.
Here are just 2 things to remember (and I would say memorize) when it comes to forgiveness:
This Week's Homework:
* Make a list of 3 things, people, situations or aspects about yourself that you feel need to forgive. The clue in deciding these things is that if, when you think about them, you feel a tight gripping feeling. When you think of these things, something in you feels negative feelings such as anger, shame, revenge, depression, anxiety etc...
* Once you have your 3 things, choose the ONE that seems to bring up the most agitation or negative energy. Once you decide what that one is, you are to do what it says in Lesson 121 paragraphs 10 & 11.
*You are to repeat this every day.
*Make note of any internal struggles, shifts and changes that happen for you.

- True forgiveness is letting go of the thought that the (person, situation, experience, others and ourselves) should have been any different that what it/they are.
- True forgiveness comes when we have the realization that there is nothing to forgive.
