Once again this week I would like you to use these guiding questions as you walk through your week. Please make sure that you are tracking your experience, successes, questions & challenges in your journal.
- Have the awareness this week of what you are resisting. This can be ANYTHING from your finances to not wanting to get up from bed. Make note of how much you are resisting.
- This is an extension of #1. Have the awareness this week of how and where in life, you allow things, situations, people and yourself that you have resistance to, to just BE. Make note of how much you ALLOW. And more specifically what happens internally as you are choosing to ALLOW. What is the process? How does it happen? What changes happen within?
