The Peace Program to be a retreat with out leaving your home or life. Many people pay lots of money to go to meditation retreats in beautiful places, in an isolated environment in order to find peace. This is an amazing experience, but not everyone can do that. They can't afford it or if they can they can't find the time between family and work obligations. With The Peace Program you will be committing to your peace WHILE you are living your life.
Gandhi once said that his favorite place to meditate was on the busiest bus in the middle of Calcutta. He said that because he knew that if he could reach his true peace in that crazy environment, he could reach it anywhere.And that's what I want for you; to be able to be in connection with that true source of peace ANYTIME and ANYWHERE. Let's face it, the times when we need our connection to peace the most, is when things are not rosy and perfect. In The Peace Program, you will learn how this is possible and be applying it in your everyday life with all its ups and downs.
I am excited because The Peace Program is the very first program I have ever done solely dedicated to meditation. I have been meditating since I was about 11 years old, when I had ulcers and the doctor suggested that I start meditating (hey, it was California in the 70's!) Well, it changed my life. I learned what my energy was and how powerful I was. I learned how to discern my thoughts and feelings, but mostly I gained a whole new sense of peace that I had never had. Since then I have studied many forms of meditation, and want to share this in depth with all of you.
I believe that most people are not meditating the right way and that is turning them off to the idea before they really get to that sweet beautiful place of peace where meditation can bring them. I want to do everything that I can to help you to have that experience in this program and if you do what I say, I KNOW that you can. It would be a shame to be on a spiritual path and not really get the true benefits of meditation. - 3 Types of Meditation, their benefits and when to use each
- What meditation is NOT
- Discover your blocks to meditation & how to transcend them
- How to find your natural rhythm and why that is so important to your Peace
- The role of healing in relation to meditation
- The physical aspect to meditation (sleep patterns, eating, exercise etc) and how they contribute to your peace
- Make a commitment to a consistent schedule of meditation which will expand throughout the 4 weeks
- How forgiveness plays a huge role in meditation
- What the term "Let go" is and how you apply it to meditation and your life.
- Cultivate an awareness of mindfulness into your life
- The benefits of meditation in terms of your intuition and even your psychic abilities

How The Peace Program will Work
- We will meet in a virtual classroom called Zoom on your computer or phone (it is very easy to use)
- Each class will be 1.5 hrs and a combination of teaching, group meditation and an open Q & A
- The class date/times are MONDAYS in November 4,11,18 & 25 all at 6pm PT USA time
- You will make a contract with myself and your fellow students to committing to the daily meditation schedule
- You will be in the private Facebook Group for The Peace Program where you will interact with myself and your fellow classmates. I will even be doing some private Facebook Live teaching there also.
- You will get some worksheets that pertain to the weekly assignments
- You will get all 21 of my "In the Process" meditations on audio.
- And of course we will have FUN!

to help you on the 4 week journey!
