Positive RESULTS 1 ON 1 Coaching/Mentoring

In private positive results mentoring, you receive the valuable tools and assignments you need to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. And within that exploration have deeper appreciation and acceptance for who you are and what your circumstances are NOW.
I answer all your questions, discuss completed worksheets and set BEING and action plans to have you attracting positive results in your life or business.
In my experience, traditional Life Coaching tends to focus primarily on achieving goals and mostly does not address your Spirit and honoring it's path. I have a passion for helping my clients attract their success to themselves. If we achieve goals without it coming from the center of who we are and instead from our heads, it turns out to be a kind of hollow victory that is fleeting. That is why I have chosen to Coach, Guide and Help you by starting from your Spiritual base and teaching about how to apply Universal Laws to your life.
As an Intuitive, my coaching can go beyond rational and traditional processes. In this way, I can connect in an intuitive way to know exactly what needs to be looked at, actions to take and the best way for you to reach your success. Coaching in this way helps you shift the way you look at yourself, your relationships, your career and when that shift begins to happen, your whole life begins to open to amazing changes. It is by this way of working (or playing!),that you will have a more gratifying and purposeful journey on the way to all your successes.
My role is to point you to the truth of who you ARE; Peace, Love and Joy. I will help you find, experience and live in the FLOW OF LIFE, so you become the POWERFUL CREATOR you are meant to be. As your mentor and partner I will help you see the unlimited potential of what you could be and do. At the same time honor and value exactly who you already are. It is then that we can make your desires a reality. All you need to do is OPEN UP, TAKE INSPIRED ACTION and…HAVE FUN doing it.

When we partner in a Positive Results Mentoring relationship, we focus for a period of time (at least 3 months minimum) in order to fast track you to achieving your successes. Coaching Sessions are usually by phone and are 45 mins. We can do this either 2 or 3 times per month, whichever suits your needs and helps you get the best results!
WHAT POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING IS:
1. POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING is partnership between you and I in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the you to maximize your personal and professional potential.
2. POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING is an advanced form of communication. POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING is about unlocking your inner potential and empowering you to overcome and transcend your obstacles, achieve your goals and purpose, and be who you truly wish to be.
3. In POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING, you bring the agenda and content, while the I bring the process. In POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING, it’s all about you!
WHAT POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING IS NOT:
POSITIVE RESULTS MENTORING is NOT Therapy. This is about moving FORWARD. We may touch on issues that need to be healed, but we do not focus on issues that may require a therapist. Know that when you begin to make a commitment to yourself and living your life fully in joy and love, you most likely will have to let go of situations & relationships that have not been serving you for a long time.
THE PROCESS:
1. The client brings their agenda, goals and desires to the conversation (the content).
2. Coach actively listens, guiding with questions, suggestions and tools.
3. Golden, strategic, proven questions unlock hidden aspects within the client. Client also benefits from borrowing coach’s perspective. This combination leads to client growing within, rapidly, and finding solutions best suited for them (the process).
4. Coach holds client accountable for implementation.
