Guiding Questions & Homework

This week you are to start mediating EVERY DAY.  If you already do, continue your practice. You must SIT and STOP. I suggest 20 minutes AT LEAST once a day, if not twice.

Here are 2 Guiding questions I want you to keep at the forefront your mind this week:

1. In what ways am I confirming DUALITY in my thinking & perceptions?
   
2. How am I trying to control fear instead of master Love?

Journal or write some notes every day about your reflections on how these are playing out in your life.
